UPDATE: WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY STUDENTS FROM OTHER UNIVERSITIES BESIDES UNIVERSITY OF LIFE SCENCES INTO OUR DORMITORY FOR THE REST OF THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. We will update the information here if the rules change.

International students can fill out the room application all year round. We ask that you no not send the application too early. We make room offers around 1 month (or less) in advance of your arrival. 

If you do not get an offer within 1 month of sending the application, you will need to log into Kampus and extend the application or it will expire.

 

When you fill out the application, pay attention to the following: 
 

  • Fill out all fields marked with a * or you won't be able to submit the form
  • Make sure you write your FIRST and LAST name (and any middle names if applicable) in the correct fields, not in the wrong order. Make sure to write your name as it is on your ID/passport, no shortened names or nicknames.
  • The application asks for your contact person's name and phone number. This should be the contact person from our university who is handling your arrival or the person who invited you to come (one of your colleagues here).
  • Please fill out the application only ONCE. If you apply for several types of rooms at the same time, please write your other preferences in the comments box of the application. If you send two applications, one of them will be deleted. 
  • You can choose only certain contract start dates from the dropdown menu. If you know your arrival date, please write it in the comments box and we can start the contract from that date. 
  • The application asks for your bank account information so we can return your deposit after your contract ends. It can be any foreign bank, as long as you have an IBAN bank account number for international payments. 

 

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password for logging into your Campus page, where you can view your application(s), offer(s), messages, contract and invoices.

The e-mail should arrive shortly but if you don't see it in your inbox, check the spam folder (automated messages might get sorted there). If you don't get the e-mail by the next day, contact the accommodation manager to request a new e-mail to be sent: kylliki.aavast@emu.ee
You will get a reply during working hours (Mon-Fri 8.00-16.30).

 

If you have problems logging in with your password, try using a different browser to log in (e.g. Google Chrome Incognito mode) or try clearing cookies from your browser first. You can copy-paste the username and password to the fields but make sure you don't click enter too quickly.
