Room prices

Monthly prices starting from 01.01.2020 will already include rent, utilities and laundry washing fees! The monthly price will remain the same throughout winter and summer months. The invoice will only be a different amount in case you have personal additional fees added to it (see: "Additional fees" menu on the left).

 

* Due to high demand, we can only offer single rooms to University of Life Sciences students that are at least in their last year of BA studies. Since there are only 2 single rooms per floor, and they are usually rented out long-term, the waiting list can be ~6 months - 1year. We suggest renting a diffrent type of room first (shared twin room) and then putting yourself in the waiting list for a single room. Please check for availability from the accommodation manager since these apartments are mostly rented out!

** Family apartments in Torn have two regular style twin rooms that have a special set price for families (families with kids are priority when placing applicants). There are 4 family apartments total - two are private apartments and one is a shared apartment for two families. Please check for availability from the accommodation manager since these apartments are mostly rented out!
